17 Nov 2013 After snowfall in the Pyrenees this weekend, Grandvalira ski resort has announced that they plan to open on the 30 November 2013. This will be a very early opening to kick of the 2013/2014 skiing season in Andorra and the Spanish Pyrenees mountains
4 Mar 2013 Masella Ski Resort has just announced that they will stay open every day until Sunday 7 April and after that every weekend until Sunday 5 May.
10 Feb 2013 Heavy snow in Pyrenees in January and February 2013 so up to 3m snow in Grandvalira for mid-february 2013 and 4m in Baqueira and still snowing. Should be some great skiing in the next few weeks.

The Pyrenees have had the heaviest snowfall since 2006.
Grandvalira has reported 80 cm fresh powder in just 2 days.
Weather permitting, ski tours are planned for Monday/Tuesday 21/22 January.

It is snowing in Grandvalira. Yesterday Grandvalira got 20 cm of fresh powder, with more expected the coming days. The snowfall did not reach La Molina and Masella, but snow is expected there Tuesday and Wednesday.

Good skiing in Grandvalira Andorra. Pistes were firm and temperature over zero during the day. The resort was well visited for the Christmas holidays, but the lift queues were short. The longest wait in a queue was around 5 - 7 minutes.

Almost all lifts are now in operation in Masella, La Molina and Grandvalira.
Grandvalira has most natural snow, but both Masella and La Molina have added artificial snow to their natural snow and the pistes are good. Night temperatures are well below zero.

All ski stations in the Pyrenees mountains and Andorra are open.
After heavy snowfall mainly in Andorra, skiing conditions are very good and many lifts are in operation across the various resorts.
